Warranty Information
Velocity Solutions, Inc. (“Velocity”) makes the following warranties with respect to
products ordered from this website by the holder of points (“participant”):
A. Electronics Products
Velocity warrants to the original ordering participant that the electronics product ordered
will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime
of the product, as long as it is owned and used by the original ordering participant.
B. Non‑Electronics Products
Velocity warrants to the original ordering participant that any non‑electronics product
ordered will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period
of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of shipment or purchase.
If any of the above products is determined to be defective during the applicable warranty
period, Velocity’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product with a
new or similar product, at Velocity’s option. You must follow the instructions provided in
the Points Program Terms and Conditions for warranty service.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty shall not apply if the product:

Is used with products not sold or licensed by Velocity (including, but not limited to,
adaptors and power supply devices) or otherwise not compatible with the product;

Is used for commercial purposes (including rental) or is modified or tampered with;

Is damaged by acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, neglect,
unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship;

Has had the serial number altered, defaced, or removed.
This warranty does not cover products sold “as is” or “with all faults,” or consumables
(such as batteries). Proof of purchase within the warranty period is required to obtain
warranty service. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive
remedy of the participant.

VELOCITY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY MADE IN
WRITING, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. VELOCITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR
RESPONSIBLE FOR GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, OR REPRESENTATIONS, IF ANY, OFFERED BY POINTS
PROGRAM SUPPLIERS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR
WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY A PARTICIPANT FROM VELOCITY THROUGH THE POINTS PROGRAM SHALL
CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.
Limitation of Liability
VELOCITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, RELATING TO THE POINTS PROGRAM, THE PRODUCTS FOR WHICH
POINTS ARE REDEEMED, OR ANY CONSEQUENCES FLOWING THEREFROM OR RELATED THERETO. SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU.
